A community Project to Control of Pest Animals in the Lake Tarawera Settlement Area.

Letter of Authority to install and monitor rodent bait station.

A number of residents in the Lake Tarawera settlement area, concerned about the increase in rodent numbers in our community, formed a committee which created the "Lake Tarawera Pest Control" and in conjunction with The Bay of Plenty Regional Council organised a project to facilitate the control of rodents and other exotic pest animals in an on going campaign, carried out by a team of resident volunteers.

The aim of the project is to mount a dispensing rodent bait station on every property in the Lake Tarawera settlement area.

We can only do this with the owner's permission.

We seek your co-operation in placing a bait station on your property.
